1. Product Description
Ball valve is a valve with a spherical disc, the part of the valve which controls the flow through it. The sphere has a hole, or port, through the middle so that when the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and flow is blocked. The handle or lever will be in line with the port position letting you "see" the valve's position.
Ball valves are used extensively in industrial applications because they are very versatile, easy to repair and operate.
3PC Stainless Steel Ball Valve is full bore design with straight through flow. 3PC body allows easy maintenance service without removing end cap from pipe line. The body is made of investment casting and the valve is featured with blow-out-proof stem. Ball valve seat meaterial is Reinforced Teflon(PTFE) for excellent chemical resistance and improved cycle life. 3PC ball valve consists of stem, ball seat, end cap and valve ball, End cap, etc. The ball seat and Body seal is made of PTFE teflon, very high resistance to corrosion, at the same time it has high sealing level. valve body and end cap are produced by high level precision casting. The material is stainless steel 304 or 316. All these parts are machined and assembled by the most advanced equipments and facilities.
